Bio

Victoria Spencer serves as the People Operations Coordinator at PINE. In this role, she supports the company by fostering a collaborative work environment, assisting in recruiting opportunities, and building out procedures to ensure a positive working experience for all employees. 

Victoria has been active in the financial services industry since 2022. She has a background in Administration and Human Resources, including positions in Private Equity and Shared Services. Through her experience, she is able to provide organization and simplicity to PINE employees. 

Victoria earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking or watching Broncos games with her husband, Kirk, crocheting, or playing with their Mini Dachshund, Trout.
