Bio

William Little is an Associate Director on the Principal Financial Officer (PFO) Services team at PINE, providing services for a variety of 1940 Act registered products. In this role, he provides clients with oversight of fund service providers, supports board and committee reporting, reviews financial and regulatory reports, and helps guide clients through industry requirements.

Will has been working in the financial services industry since 2021. He began his career in public accounting at EY, where he audited mutual funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds. He later worked at ArrowMark Partners, supporting fund accounting, financial reporting, SEC filings, valuation review, liquidity and cash management, and audit coordination for several mutual funds and a closed-end fund. Will brings this experience in fund operations and public accounting to help clients navigate the unique needs of their funds. He earned both his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is a licensed CPA in the State of Colorado.

In his free time, Will enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking, volleyball, and trying new restaurants and recipes.
