Position Overview:

PINE’s rapid growth and success is a direct outcome of prioritizing our clients. We are in search of a highly motivated Associate Director of Fund CCO Services to join us on our upward trajectory. The ideal candidate will be motivated by a passion for learning and contributing, adept at managing multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail and committed to embracing our inclusive “all for one and one for all” culture.
The Associate Director will Support Fund CCOs and assist PINE’s registered fund clients by providing regulatory compliance oversight services for our registered fund clients including oversight of compliance programs of key fund service providers.
Responsibilities:
- Complete annual policy and procedure reviews in accordance with Rule 38a-1 of the Investment Company Act of 1940
- Lead and mentor a team of Compliance Consultants
- Manage the preparation of CCO reports for registered fund boards and acts as first line of review
- Prepare and review CCO reports and other compliance deliverables for complex registered fund structures
- Establish and/or update key items for a registered fund including an ongoing compliance calendar, compliance manual and code of ethics
- Conduct annual due diligence reviews of registered fund service providers including investment advisers/sub-advisers, administrators, transfer agents, fund distributors and custodians
- Assist with regulatory examinations of registered fund compliance programs conducted by the SEC and acts as primary reviewer for responses to examination request
- Assist in the development/maintenance/ongoing review of compliance policies and procedures
- Stay informed of regulatory developments and assist in developing updated policies for registered funds
- Develop and maintain registered fund risk assessment and risk analysis programs
- Monitor ongoing communication with fund service providers and ensure appropriate resolution or escalation of all matters reported or raised by service providers
- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of processes and desktop procedures for running multiple fund compliance programs and all associated chief compliance officer deliverables
- Aid in the development and implementation of onboarding plans, including training, of new Fund CCO support staff
- Lead or support department projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the compliance, risk, audit or investment management space
- Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Investment Company Act of 1940 and other laws and regulations that affect asset managers
- Experience with compliance and regulatory matters affecting the operations and governance of investment advisers, pooled investment vehicles and/or registered mutual funds highly preferred
- Some experience managing people and/or processes preferred
- Minimum of 4-year college degree required
- Excellent written and verbal skills are essential
- Proficient in the use of MS Office: strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and clients
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000
Hybrid Work Model
- 3 days in office required
- 5 days may be required during initial training period
- Remote work possibility for qualified candidate

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, adept at managing complex projects, and committed to embracing our inclusive “all for one and one for all” culture.
The Client Success Manager will primarily focus on onboarding and implementing new clients across PINE’s business lines. Acting as the clients’ primary contact throughout the onboarding phase, this role ensures a smooth and successful start with PINE, coordinating efforts among Business Development, Department Heads, and clients. This position requires strong project management, adaptability to diverse client needs, and a commitment to improving and streamlining processes for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding and Implementation
- Lead and refine the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and successful start.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding and implementation phases.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring timely and seamless transitions.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Department Heads to align onboarding efforts with client needs and PINE’s processes.
- Act as a bridge between clients and PINE’s business lines, connecting relevant stakeholders and addressing client-specific requirements.
- Develop and refine onboarding workflows to streamline and enhance the client experience over time.
Client Relationship Management
- Follow up with clients post-implementation to ensure a smooth transition and continued satisfaction.
- Act as a key contact for clients during the initial phase of their relationship with PINE, ensuring their ongoing success.
- Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding and implementation process based on client feedback.
Collaboration and Process Improvement
- Collaborate effectively with PINE’s internal business lines, including Adviser Compliance Support Services, Fund Chief Compliance Officer Services, Chief Financial Officer Services, Registered Principal Financial Officer Services, Distribution Services, and Operations Support Services to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a pulse on client satisfaction during the onboarding process and proactively address any concerns.
- Participate in team initiatives, contributing ideas to strengthen client relationships and improve PINE’s service offerings.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or directly related client-facing roles with a focus on onboarding, implementation, or client success.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with adaptability to meet unique client needs.
- Proven ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
- Strong experience in and knowledge of the financial consulting industry, with experience working with funds and investment managers is highly preferred.
Salary Range:
$80,000 – 120,000
Hybrid Work Model:
This position follows a Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of 3 days in the office required.

The PINE team is driven by the belief that we are contributing to something remarkable, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Assistant to support PINE’s Partners in a variety of tasks.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exhibits exceptional organizational skills, and is passionate about enabling executive-level leaders to focus on driving business success. This position is primarily onsite at our Denver office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to PINE’s partners, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries and accommodations (booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.).
- Organize and manage corporate events, including booking venues, coordinating vendors, and handling logistics.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Oversee property management responsibilities including onsite visits and coordination with vendors or tenants as needed: this includes listing the property, managing the listings, coordinating meetings with prospective tenants, etc.
- Handle errands and tasks as required, such as pickups, deliveries, or other logistical support for partners.
- Assist with personal tasks, including managing schedules, appointments, and household needs.
- Provide support on special projects or diverse responsibilities that align with PINE’s goals and the partners’ needs.
- Proactively anticipate the partners’ needs to ensure they can focus on strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Experience with property management and the ability to handle onsite visits and vendor/tenant coordination is a plus.
- Proven expertise in booking travel accommodations and organizing corporate events.
- Highly reliable and resourceful, with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel and errands.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on a diverse range of responsibilities with enthusiasm.
Location and Work Schedule:
This role is based in our Denver office and requires the ability to work onsite five days a week. Occasional remote work may be permitted when schedules allow.
Salary Range:
$70,000–$110,000
