Alice Duers serves as the Executive Assistant & Office Administrator at PINE. In this role, she manages day-to-day operations, streamlines workflows, and ensures efficient communication within the organization. Her contributions enhance operational effectiveness, providing vital support to both the executive team and the broader office environment.
Alice spent the first seven years of her career in the nonprofit and tech industries, focusing on operations, organizational efficiencies, marketing, and HR. She leverages her diverse background in systems and talent acquisition to optimize processes and improve organizational productivity. Her startup experience enables her to thrive in fast-paced environments, driving efficiency and delivering impactful results for the PINE team.
Alice earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Alice served a year as an AmeriCorps VISTA, honing her commitment to service and community impact. Originally from the midwest, she has been in Colorado since January 2020, where she enjoys actively pursuing hobbies like rock climbing, camping, crafting, and attending Red Rocks concerts.
