Bio

Andrew Schmuhl is part of the Operations Support Services team at PINE, providing ongoing trade & operations support for various hedge funds and asset managers. In this role, he oversees portfolio rebalancing, reporting procedures, and executing foreign exchange hedging activities.

Andrew has over five years of experience in the asset management industry. At Janus Henderson Investors, he helped run US application support for both fixed-income and equity trading technology. Andrew began his career working on the trading desk at Liquidnet in London, UK, where he was responsible for providing production support. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Colorado State University and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Chester.

As a Colorado native, Andrew enjoys exploring the outdoors and pursuing his passion for fly fishing. When not on the water, Andrew enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and volunteering with non-profits protecting Colorado’s wetlands & waters.
