Bio

Brady Avery serves as the Compliance Consultant at PINE. In this role, he supports investment adviser clients through providing policy and procedure development, compliance training, risk assessments and testing, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of regulatory filings.   

Brady entered the financial compliance world in 2019 at Fidelity Investments. His background includes overseeing the licensing and registration process of the company’s new hires, regular audits of registrations and policy and procedures, training compliance professionals, and leadership roles. Brady held the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 9/10 registrations and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Cultural Studies Anthropology from Brigham Young University – Hawaii.  

Outside of work, he enjoys playing tabletop role playing games, reading, and exploring Denver with friends.
