Bio

Caleb Chambers serves as an Associate Director of PINE’s Adviser Compliance Support Services team, providing ongoing compliance oversight and support services for SEC-registered investment advisers. 

Caleb has been active in SEC-related compliance since 2018 in both supporting and leading roles. Prior to joining PINE, Caleb was a Lead Compliance Associate at Fairview Investment Services where he supported the CCOs of SEC-registered investment advisers in administering compliance programs that were tailored to fit their business. In this role, Caleb was responsible for implementing compliance programs, regulatory filings, registration processes, code of ethics monitoring, and regulatory examinations. Before Fairview, Caleb worked in the institutional operations group at Morgan Stanley with a focus on equity derivative operations. 

Caleb received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina. In his free time, Caleb enjoys golfing, spending time at the beach with friends and family, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
