Caleb Chambers is a member of PINE’s Adviser Compliance Support Services team, providing ongoing compliance oversight and support services for SEC-registered investment advisers.

Caleb has worked in SEC-related compliance for nearly five years in supporting and leading roles. Prior to joining PINE, Caleb was a Lead Compliance Associate at Fairview Investment Services where he supported the CCOs of SEC-registered investment advisers in administering the compliance programs that were tailored to fit their business model. In this role, Caleb honed his skills in the implementation of compliance programs, regulatory filings, private fund-specific compliance, registration processes, code of ethics monitoring, and regulatory examinations. Before Fairview, Caleb worked in institutional operations group at Morgan Stanley with a focus on equity derivative operations.

Caleb received his bachelor’s in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina. In his free time, Caleb enjoys golfing, spending time at the beach with friends and family, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
