Chidwilasini Nalagandla serves as an Operational Efficiency Associate on the Operations Support Services team at PINE. In this role, she focuses on analyzing and enhancing operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that PINE’s clients receive actionable insights and optimized process improvements.

Chidwilasini has been active in the business analytics field since 2019. With a strong background in data management and operational processes, she has held positions at Code Connex and the University of Colorado Anschutz medical campus. Her expertise enables her to provide tailored solutions that address the unique challenges faced by clients in improving their operational workflows.

Chidwilasini earned her Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Colorado and is also a passionate Kuchipudi dancer, holding a degree in the art form. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and staying close to nature.
