Bio

Chris Jones, Managing Director, serves as the Head of Business Development at PINE, overseeing the growth and strategic expansion of the firm. He is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and contributing to the organization’s overall revenue and market share objectives.   

Chris has been active in the asset management industry since 2006. He previously served as Vice President of Fund Administration at SS&C ALPS, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and client relations, before transitioning to Vice President of Business Development. His combined experience in finance, accounting, business development, and leadership provides him with a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ products and needs, helping to support their long-term success. Chris earned a Bachelor of Economics Degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.   

In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with family, coaching his son’s sports teams, camping, fishing, and many other activities.  Chris has also served on the board of a non-profit organization since 2015.
