Bio

Daryn Levesque serves as Director and Chief Operations Officer of PINE Distributors LLC. In his role, he oversees the delivery of PINE’s Distribution Services, including distribution operations for exchange traded products, interval, tender-offer, and open-end mutual funds. He is closely involved with clients, particularly as it relates to managing relationships with fund stakeholders including authorized participants, market makers, fund intermediaries, and facilitating related agreements necessary to enable distribution efforts. 

Daryn has been building experience in the registered fund distribution operations space since 2015. Before joining PINE, Daryn led both mutual fund dealer services and exchange traded product operations teams at ACA Foreside. He has extensive experience overseeing registered fund launches and service provider conversions, while acting as supervising principal for a team of registered representatives. 

Daryn holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, and 99 registrations, as well as a Certified ETF Advisor designation. He received an undergraduate degree in business from The University of Maine at Orono, and an MBA with a specialty in finance from the Van Loan School at Endicott College. In his spare time, Daryn enjoys spending time with his family and pets, mountain biking, and reading.
