Bio

Erik Pearson serves as an Associate Director of Distribution Services at PINE, where his primary focus is to deliver regulatory advertising reviews for a wide range of financial products in support of our clients. In this role, his goal is to provide consistent, timely and compliant reviews with an understanding that marketing is an important driving force for our clients. 

Erik has been active in the financial services industry since 2005. Soon after, he earned his FINRA Series 7 and 24 where he served in several different compliance and supervision roles. Since 2013, his career shifted to advertising review at two different firms, most recently with ACA Foreside. Erik received his Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska – Omaha. 

Being from the Cornhusker state of Nebraska, Erik excitedly supports his Husker sports and dreams of a return to their college football glory days. He also enjoys time with his wife and raising their three kids while enthusiastically supporting their activities and sports.
