Eva Honkanen serves as an Associate Director on the Fund Chief Compliance Officer team at PINE. In this role, she provides support to Fund CCOs by preparing quarterly reports, conducting annual policy reviews, and developing compliance documentation, including compliance manuals and codes of ethics, pursuant to Rule 38a-1 of the Investment Company Act of 1940. Additionally, she conducts due diligence reviews of Fund service providers and assists with SEC regulatory examinations.

Eva has been active in the financial services industry since 2022. Prior to joining PINE, she gained experience in compliance and operations at a custodian specializing in digital assets. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from the University of Colorado.

In her free time, Eva enjoys Pilates, yoga, reading, and spending time with friends, family, and her two kittens.
