Bio

Jerica Newbill is a member of the Principal Financial Officer Services team at PINE.  In this role, she serves as PFO/Treasurer, or Assistant Treasurer for various 1940 Act Registered Products. 

Jerica has over 16 years of experience in the financial services and fund administration industries. She has held fund accounting operations and financial reporting roles over the span of her career at both Fundrise and State Street Bank. 

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University Kansas City and her Master of Business Administration from Baker University.  Jerica enjoys traveling with her family, being outdoors, and trying new restaurants and recipes.
