Bio

Jerica Newbill serves as a Director of PFO Services at PINE. In this role, she serves as the PFO for a variety of 1940 Act registered products. Jerica works with her clients to ensure compliance with industry standards, along with the review and certification of financial reports and oversight of third-party administrators and other service providers. 

Jerica has been active in the financial services industry since 2007, with a background in mutual fund accounting, administration and financial reporting. Jerica has held positions in fund accounting operations and financial reporting roles over the span of her career at both Fundrise and State Street Bank. Jerica brings extensive experience overseeing audits, financial reporting, and expenses for registered funds. She utilizes her experience to work as a team with her clients to help them achieve their desired goals. 

Jerica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from DeVry University and her MBA from Baker University. Outside of work, Jerica enjoys traveling with her husband, daughter and twin boys. She likes to be outdoors and try new restaurants and recipes.
