Karly Christensen serves as the Client Success Manager at PINE, where she plays a pivotal role in onboarding and training new clients. With her ability to translate complex processes into seamless client experiences, she guides clients from their initial engagement with PINE through successful implementation, ensuring they are fully equipped to maximize the platform’s capabilities. With a strong background in management consulting and financial technology startups, Karly specializes in process development, client onboarding, and project management. Her expertise enables her to create tailored, efficient solutions, fostering strong client relationships and driving long-term success.
Throughout her career, Karly has made a significant impact across multiple industries, including financial technology, healthcare, and consulting. She has held key roles, including Customer Success Manager at Icon Savings Plan, Senior Consultant at Perficient, and Program Evaluator at the Public Health Institute at Denver Health. Her extensive experience and her ability to align business goals with operational executions make her an invaluable asset in delivering tailored onboarding experiences that meet the unique needs of each of Pine’s clients.
Karly earned her Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, attending concerts, and spending time with her rescue dog, Badger.
