Kellie Gignac serves as a Compliance Consultant on the Adviser Compliance Support Services team at PINE. In her role, she provides strategic guidance to investment adviser clients on a wide range of compliance matters. Kellie supports investment adviser clients by establishing and maintaining robust regulatory compliance programs and ensuring timely and accurate completion of regulatory filings.

Kellie has been active in the financial services industry since 2016. Before joining PINE, she worked at Wells Fargo Securities on the Structured Products Product Governance and Execution team, where she was operationally responsible for managing legal and compliance matters concerning all structured product issuances. Prior to her time at Wells Fargo Securities, Kellie worked at the law firm Davis Polk and Wardwell, assisting large financial institutions on securities issuance matters.

Kellie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the College of the Holy Cross, where she graduated with distinction. Originally from outside of Philadelphia, Kellie spent many years in New York City before relocating to Colorado to enjoy the great outdoors every day. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, running, yoga, and baking for friends and family.
