Kenny Bossert serves as a Senior Director on PINE’s Advisor Compliance Support Services team. In this role, he provides senior leadership across the group, focusing on people development, mentorship, and the continued advancement of PINE’s compliance services.

Beginning his investment industry career at the SEC in 2004, Kenny worked in the Division of Exams, conducting and leading examinations of investment advisors and investment companies, culminating his time there by serving for over 11 years as an Assistant Regional Director in the Denver Regional Office. Prior to joining the SEC, Kenny built a strong foundation in the private sector, working in public accounting with KPMG and serving as a financial analyst with several major firms. 

He holds a B.B.A. from the University of North Texas and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, TX).  He is licensed (inactive) as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California.

When not working, you will often find Kenny riding his bike(s), watching baseball, attending a concert, or reading.
