Kevin Dugas serves as the Regulatory Systems Operation Analyst at PINE. In this role, his responsibilities include onboarding, maintaining, and terminating client employee access on compliance platforms. Kevin’s work at PINE enhances efficiency, strengthens compliance, streamlines processes, and enhances client onboarding. By optimizing system operations and reducing risks, Kevin plays a key role in improving operational scalability. 

With a background in the fields of financial technology, financial services, and telecommunications, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise in go-to-market strategies, training, data analysis, and problem-solving. His ability to optimize compliance workflows, enhance onboarding, and drive efficiency, ensures both PINE and the unique needs of its clients benefit from improved efficiency and system reliability. His data-driven approach improves reporting, while his proactive approach to issue resolution strengthens platform integrity, reducing disruptions and enhancing the overall client experience. 

Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia College and State University. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, playing video games, and hanging out with friends.
