Lexi Guyerson serves as the Head of People & Business Operations at PINE. In this role, she specializes in enhancing people operations, fostering employee growth and engagement, and sourcing top talent for PINE’s growing team. Lexi’s work ensures that PINE continues to develop a high-performing, engaged workforce that contributes to the company’s success and supports clients effectively. 

Lexi has been active in the fields of education, human resources, and talent management, and began her career in the financial services industry in 2023. With a strong background in optimizing organizational effectiveness, she has held roles that focus on maximizing the potential of both individuals and teams. Lexi leverages her expertise to drive PINE’s organizational success by aligning people strategies with business goals and fostering a collaborative and supportive company culture. Lexi is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Illinois State University. 

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family and her loyal pup, engaging in activities like hiking, paddleboarding, and camping. Though she has Midwestern roots, Lexi has embraced her life as a Coloradan at heart.
