With a robust background in human resources and talent management, Lexi excels in optimizing organizational effectiveness and maximizing the potential of both individuals and teams.

Lexi earned a Bachelor’s of Science from Illinois State University. Despite her Midwest roots, she is a Coloradan at heart, finding joy in exploring the outdoors through activities like hiking, paddle boarding, camping and more with her family and loyal pup.
