Bio

Madeline Arment is a Director on the Principal Financial Officer (PFO) Services team at PINE, serving as the PFO and Treasurer for various 1940 Act registered funds, including mutual funds, ETFs, interval funds, tender offer funds, and closed-end funds. She works closely with her clients overseeing fund administrators, reporting to the fund’s board of trustees, and ensuring funds adhere to SEC, IRS, and industry regulations.  

She began her career in the registered funds industry in 2011. In her previous roles at SS&C ALPS Funds Services and Shelton Capital Management, she provided services related to fund audits, SEC filings, board reporting, fund expenses and budgeting, and fund tax administration. She earned her Bachelor of Economics from Colorado State University and Spanish in 2011. She later received her MBA with a focus in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.  

In her free time, Madeline enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband and daughter, and volunteering with a local dog rescue.
