Madeline Arment is a Director on the Principal Financial Officer Services team at PINE serving as the PFO and Treasurer for various 1940 Act registered funds including mutual funds, ETFs, interval funds, tender offer funds and closed-end funds. She works closely with her clients overseeing fund administrators, reporting to the fund’s board of trustees and ensuring the funds adhere to SEC, IRS and industry regulations.
She began her career in the registered funds industry immediately after graduating from Colorado State University with a her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish in 2011. She later received her MBA with a focus in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver. During her career, Madeline has gained experience overseeing audits, financial reporting, and expenses for registered funds. She also has experience in fund tax administration and managing operations teams.
In her free time, Madeline enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband and daughter and caring for her dogs.
