Madeline Arment is on the Principal Financial Officer Services team at PINE serving as the PFO and Treasurer for registered funds. She has over twelve years of experience working on various 1940 Act registered funds including mutual funds, ETFs, interval funds, tender offer funds and closed-end funds.

In her prior role, she served as a Fund Controller at SS&C ALPS Fund Services overseeing audits, reporting, and expenses for regulated funds. She also has experience in fund tax administration and managing the Investment Operations team for Shelton Capital Management.

She earned her Bachelor’s in Economics and Spanish from Colorado State University. Additionally, Madeline has an MBA with a focus in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.

In her free time, Madeline enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband and daughter and caring for her dogs.
