Bio

Marcie McVeigh serves as the Head of Principal Fund Officer (“PFO”) Services at PINE. In this role, she leads our PFO team, which provides outsourced PFO services to registered fund products. Marcie provides strategic guidance to our PINE team and clients in matters relating to registered fund regulations, including financial reporting, fund launch processes, audit coordination, service provider oversight, board reporting, and fund treasury matters such as expenses, distributions and valuations.  Marcie also serves as Fund PFO or Assistant Treasurer for several registered products including interval funds, ETFs, open and closed-end funds.   

Marcie has been active in the industry since 2001. With deep experience in both fund accounting and fund administration of registered fund products, she has held various positions throughout her career at State Street Bank, American Century Investments, and Brown Brothers Harriman. Her extensive background enables her to identify customized solutions for each client’s unique set of needs.  

Marcie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. She enjoys concerts, travel, reading and spending time with friends and family.
