Bio

Natasha Matte is an Associate Director on the Principal Financial Officer (PFO) Services team at PINE. In this role, she supports fund treasurers across a variety of 1940 Act registered funds, providing expense oversight, assisting with audits, overseeing fund service providers, providing reporting to fund boards, and performing reviews of various regulatory fund filings. 

Natasha has been active in the financial services industry since 2007. With a background in fund administration focused on expenses and financial operations, she has held positions at SS&C ALPS and Northern Trust in various roles with multiple responsibilities. She has led process improvements, strengthened reporting workflows, and supported complex fund structures through detailed, accuracy‑driven operational work. Her structured, calm approach allows her to deliver reliable guidance that helps clients navigate regulatory complexity and maintain strong operational controls. 

Natasha earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Outside of work, she enjoys community volunteering, traveling, and spending time with her family.
