Bio

Pete Sattelmair serves as the Director of PFO Services at PINE. In this role, he serves as the PFO and Assistant Treasurer for a variety of 1940 Act registered products. Pete’s responsibilities include the review and certification of financial reports, coordinating audits, assisting with valuation committee and board meetings, and providing oversight of third-party administrators and other service providers. 

Pete has been active in the financial services industry since 1999. With a background in mutual fund accounting and administration, he has held positions at State Street Bank and Transamerica in various roles with multiple responsibilities.  Pete uses his extensive experience in the industry to help his clients meet their regulatory requirements and acts as an extension of their teams to help them achieve their desired results. 

Pete earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. In his free time, Pete stays busy helping his wife chase their three daughters and two Goldendoodles around the house and shuttling them around to their various activities.  He has embraced all Colorado has to offer and enjoys skiing with his family and traveling around the state checking out all of the great hiking trails, camping spots, and music venues.
