Sam Oudeh serves as the Associate Director of Fund Chief Compliance Officer Services at PINE. In this role, he is responsible for operational elements of the Fund CCO Services department and assists in managing a team that supports PINE’s Fund CCOs in developing, maintaining, and overseeing registered fund compliance programs. 

Sam began his career as an attorney in 2018, working primarily in insurance defense and eminent domain litigation. Starting in 2022, Sam worked as a Compliance Officer at Touchstone Investments. In his time at Touchstone, he supported compliance functions for 35 mutual funds and ETFs and the corresponding broker-dealer. Sam holds a  Juris Doctor from   Northern   Kentucky   University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating cum laude.  Sami also holds a Bachelor of International Studies Degree from the University of Kentucky. Sam holds an active bar license in Kentucky and also maintains the Series 7, 24, and 66. 

In his spare time, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, watching sports, working out at the gym, and cooking.
