Vinaya Prabhu serves as a Compliance Consultant on the Adviser Compliance Support Services team at PINE. In this role, she provides tailored compliance support services for investment adviser clients. Vinaya assists with clients’ compliance needs with compliance manuals, risk assessment reports and regulatory filings in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Vinaya is a recent graduate who is starting her career in the financial service industry with PINE. With a background in finance and economics, she has prior experience in business operations and filing tax returns through internships during her time in college. Vinaya has a diverse background with her educational courses and experiences in finance, marketing, and compliance regulations, allowing her to approach challenges from various perspectives and deliver optimal solutions.
Vinaya earned her Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and minor in Technology Management from the University of California, Davis. She grew up in California and did not hesitate to take the opportunity to move to Denver. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling to new places, trying new food, and spending time with friends and family.
