Bio

Vinolia Anderson serves as a Director of Fund Chief Compliance Officer Services at PINE. In this role, she is responsible for operational elements of the Fund CCO Services department and manages a support team that assists PINE’s Fund CCOs in developing, maintaining and overseeing registered fund compliance programs.  

Vinolia began her career in regulatory compliance in 2019 at Janus Henderson Investors where she supported both the investment compliance and corporate compliance functions. Since joining PINE, Vinolia has rounded out her regulatory compliance knowledge through her work supporting compliance programs of various investment advisers regulated under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and registered funds regulated under the Investment Company Act of 1940.  

In addition to being a Certified Investment Company Compliance Professional (CICCP) and Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®), Vinolia holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado Global and has earned a bachelor’s degree in business finance, economics and risk management from the University of the Witwatersrand. 

In her spare time, Vinolia enjoys gardening, engaging in charitable activities, exploring Denver’s food scene, sewing, hiking, and reading.
