PINE is excited to introduce Karly Christensen as our Client Success Manager! Karly brings years of experience and expertise to the team! She plays a pivotal role in onboarding and training new clients.  With a strong background in management consulting and financial technology startups, Karly specializes in process development, client onboarding, and project management.

Prior Experience

Karly began her professional journey as an Evaluator at a nonprofit organization supporting grant-funded programs. In this role, she designed and implemented programs aligned with specific grant objectives and continuously measured and reported on outcomes. She then continued her work as an Evaluator and Epidemiologist at Denver Public Health, where she contributed to several impactful initiatives. Notably, she helped establish one of the nation’s first Centers for Addiction Medicine at Denver Health—an innovative approach to opioid addiction treatment. She also supported tobacco prevention efforts and played a role in managing the COVID-19 response.

Following the height of the pandemic, Karly transitioned into management consulting, focusing on improving processes for large manufacturing companies. Eventually, she found her way into Customer Success at a FinTech startup, a role that sparked her true passion. After two and a half years in that space, she was fortunate to join the PINE team, where she is excited to continue growing and making an impact.

We asked Karly a few questions to hopefully give our readers some insight into her background and personality.

Why did you join PINE?

I joined PINE because the Client Success Manager role offered a unique opportunity to help build and grow the client onboarding experience from the ground up. I’m passionate about collaborating with both clients and internal teams to create a seamless, positive journey for those we serve, so this position felt like a natural fit. I couldn’t be happier. On top of that, the welcoming and supportive company culture at PINE has made the transition especially enjoyable.

What are some of your favorite weekend activities?

I love playing sports, going to shows, hiking, camping with my dog, Badger, and trying new restaurants.

What is something you recommend everyone do or try at least once?

Snorkeling in Hawaii has been, without a doubt, one of the coolest experiences I’ve had.

One last thing to share:

I played lacrosse throughout college and continue to play recreational sports. I love playing on a team and will continue to for as long as I can.
